After stepping back from music, Lorde makes a return with the release of her newest single, Solar Power.
The singer-songwriter announced her comeback and confirmed her upcoming album is also titled “Solar Power”. Lorde’s well-received June 2017 release, Melodrama, left fans eager for more material since then. In a recent interview, the New Zealand artist shared with fans what inspired the creation of this project in a statement: “The album is a celebration of the natural world, an attempt at immortalising the deep, transcendent feelings I have when I’m outdoors,”.
