New Music: Weekly Releases for April 11, 2022

NEW MUSIC MONDAY

Let’s get straight to the latest bops to drop. It was a busy week in Hip-hop! Ms. Coi Leray dropped her album, ‘Trendsetter.’ The rising artist has been on various interviews prior to the release of her first EP. A few weeks ago, the young MC released her hit collab with Nicki Minaj, ‘Blick Blick’. The heavy hit with the Rap veteran currently has over 12 Million views on Youtube. SHEEESH!

It goes without saying that many hip-hop fans have been eagerly waiting to review Coi’s new project.

We were also blessed with Camila Cabello’s third studio album, ‘Familia.’ The Cuban-Mexican singer stays true to her Pop influences. Yet, listeners will get a glimpse of the growth Ms. Cabello has made through the emotional lyrics and storytelling abilities with a twist of the caribbean music influences she is known for from previous works.
